Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Duration: Contract to Hire

Location: 100% Remote

Client: First American

Schedule Notes: Remote WFH position. Team is based in Orange County, CA – and locals are preferred. Must be based in Pacific Time Zone.

Max Pay: $42/hr on W2

Duties:

Work closely with Recruiters to qualify candidates

Source candidates through ATS and external sites

Manage sourcing process in the identification of external talent using creative recruitment methods

Screen candidates over the phone

This role is not client facing. The main job duties will be sourcing and screening with an emphasis on screening. This person will be in the reqs daily, providing support to our Senior Recruiters ensuring there is no backlog and that we are always caught up on screening resumes. This person must understand Tech. They’ll need to know what resumes are good/bad, disposition appropriately, call on the “good” resumes, screen in or out and provide write-ups to Recruiters. This will free up the client facing Recruiters to provide excellent service, as well as submit more candidates.

Top desired skills:

Sourcing resume experience, IT knowledge of resumes, Workday a plus, but not mandatory.  Quick with identifying a good IT Resume.  Must have IT experience

Skills:   

3-4 years’ experience sourcing

Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking system

Experience sourcing through job boards such as Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn and other social media

Excellent written and verbal skills

Organizational and follow up skills

Experience in organization of similar size and company culture preferred

Education:         

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field
